1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 3 tons per specification. For trial orders or sample production, we can accommodate smaller quantities. Please contact our sales team for specific MOQ requirements based on your GSM, width, and composition needs.
2. What is the typical lead time for samples and bulk orders?
Samples: We ship free samples within 48 hours of request. Standard sample specifications are available immediately; custom samples require 5-7 days.
Bulk orders: 15-30 days depending on order volume and customization requirements. Rush orders can be accommodated with priority scheduling.
3. Can you provide FSC-certified materials?
Yes. We are FSC (Forest Stewardship Council) certified, ensuring that woodpulp-based materials come from responsibly managed forests. FSC certification is available for woodpulp/PET and woodpulp/viscose compositions. Certification documents can be provided with your shipment.
4. What GSM range can you produce?
We manufacture spunlace fabrics from 30 g/m2 (lightweight) to 120 g/m2 (heavyweight). The most common ranges for wet wipes are 40-70 g/m2, while industrial applications typically use 80-120 g/m2.
5. Do you offer custom embossing patterns?
Yes. We offer four standard patterns (Plain, Embossed, Pearl, and Mesh) and can create custom embossing patterns for orders meeting minimum volume requirements. Custom pattern development takes approximately 2-3 weeks.
6. What is the difference between parallel-laid and semi-cross lapped spunlace?
Parallel-laid: Fibers are laid in the machine direction, providing higher tensile strength in the machine direction (MD). Ideal for applications requiring strength in one direction.
Semi-cross lapped: Fibers are laid at an angle, providing more balanced tensile strength in both MD and CD directions. Preferred for applications requiring isotropic strength.
7. Can you provide technical data sheets (TDS)?
Yes. We provide detailed TDS for every product, including tensile strength, elongation, absorbency, thickness, and composition analysis. TDS documents are available in English and can be customized with your company branding.

9. Do you offer plastic-free or biodegradable options?
