We have introduced three state-of-the-art spunlace nonwoven production lines from ANDRITZ, a leading French manufacturer. Two of our semi-cross laying production lines specialize in embossed wet wipe and dry wipe materials. Thanks to advanced technology, these lines produce nonwovens with exceptional texture and feel, designed to meet the demands of the high-end market. With a combined monthly capacity of 1,000 metric tons, they are highly efficient.
Our TT straight-laid production line, located at the H.D.L production base, represents the pinnacle of technological advancement. This line produces nonwovens with excellent web strength and consistent quality, offering a monthly capacity of 1,200 metric tons per line. The line is operated by a highly experienced team, combining traditional expertise with the latest innovations to maximize its potential.
