Direct-Laid Technology
The Pro-Clean series is produced on SunLuner's ANDRITZ direct-laid (parallel lapping) line (L3, established 2022). This process aligns fibers in the machine direction, delivering superior MD (machine direction) tensile strength. The viscose-polyester blend combines the absorbency of cellulose with the durability of synthetic fiber, resulting in fabrics that maintain integrity when wet while offering excellent liquid hold-up capacity.
Production Capability
Manufactured at SunLuner's facility in Hangzhou, China. Monthly capacity of 2,700 MT across three ANDRITZ production lines ensures reliable supply. Maximum working width of 320 cm accommodates various slitting and converting requirements.
